Job Description:
MUST
HAVE:
● Minimum of 2 years Salesforce.com
development experience.
● Minimum of 2 years development
experience with Force.com, VisualForce or APEX.
● Minimum of 2 years experience of
requirements gathering, testing & training experience.
● BA or BS in Engineering or Computer
Science or related field, or equivalent work
experience.
● Experience writing functional
specifications, specifically for Salesforce requirements.
● Experience with data migrations from
third party technology to Salesforce.com
● Experience designing and building
third party integrations with Salesforce.com
PREFERRED:
● Salesforce.com
Certification as either a Developer or
Advanced Developer or related
technical qualification.
● Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget & Pardot).
● Development experience with either JAVA or Siebel.
● Prior OO programming in JAVA, Ruby or .Net preferred.
● Force.com
platform experience.
● SSO
& web services experience.
● Experience developing &
maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
● Demonstrated leadership in either a
military or civilian environment.
● Demonstrated teamwork and
collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
● Excellent command of MS Office, Google
Apps, Podio or similar Project Management tools.
