Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Work as a contractor on a team
developing web applications. Your role will be focused on developing front end
web pages using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Responsibilities will include the
translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce
visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and
bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Requirements
• 5+ years of development experience
including working with MVC
• Strong understanding of JavaScript,
its quirks, and workarounds
• Basic understanding of web markup,
including HTML5 and CSS3
• Good understanding of AngularJS, ReactJs, KnockoutJS, etc.
• Good understanding of asynchronous
request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of
cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds
• Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD
• Familiarity with front-end build
tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Gi
