Job Description:
• Experience in Incident, Change and Service Catalog module customization in Service now as per the process requirements.
• Created Portal pages (Homepages) with the help of reports and gauges.
• Customization of existing workflows based on user requirement.
• Created Variable sets, Transform maps to ease the process of uploading catalog items or variables instead of manual updating.
• Creating catalog UI policies and client scripts with respective to the requirement given.
• Writing Script includes wherever necessary and reusing them instead of global business rules.
• Writing Business Rules and Client Scripts based on the requirement given.
• Used Background scripts in case of any data validations.
• Worked on Content Management by creating sites and pages.
• Created various notifications at different stages.
• Configuring Users, Groups and Roles.
• Created various wizard panels based on the client Requirement.
• Created ACL’s based on the security mechanism provided by Customer and best practices.
• Created Customer Surveys, Responses according to the customer requirement and also made some customizations
• Interacting with client stakeholders for requirement understanding, query resolution and status reporting
• Develop 3rd party integrations using API and web services
