Job Description:
a) Security
Assessment
a. Review
of your current data security infrastructure and processes
b. A
phased based roadmap that includes:
i. A data security, capabilities-centric, architecture
aligned with your database security governance.
ii. Identified
risks, assumptions and recommendations, based on Oracle Recommended Practices,
for your data security initiatives.
iii. Identified
risks, assumptions and recommendations, based on Oracle Recommended Practices,
for your Oracle database access management.
iv. Identified
risks, assumptions and recommendations, based on Oracle Recommended Practices,
for your operating system and database log management
c. Assist
in updating the disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) design and
implementation plans.
d. Assist
in updating recommended hardware specifications for four (4) environments;
development (DEV), system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance/pre-prod
(UAT) and Production (PROD).
b) AV
a. Conduct
one (1) up to two (2) hour workshop to validate the Gap Analysis with all
project Stakeholders and review the Physical Architecture and requirements.
b. Verify
readiness of host server(s), database, and target systems. Stage software
media in preparation for installation.
c. Conduct
one (1) up to two (2) hour workshop with client network engineers to
collect data on the existing physical network architecture.
d. Conduct
two (2) up to four (4) hour workshops with client security architects and team
leads to determine and document high level AV requirements to identify the data
items to be collected and audited.
e. Capture
and document AV use cases for collection in the EBS database.
f. Configure
up to 15 event triggers and 15 alerting policies will be for the in scope
databases for Audit Vault
g. Design
architecture to ensure above requirements can be supported
h. Review
target audit data and event log feeds
i. Design
auditing policies
j. Review
the reporting requirements and identify the out of the box (OOB) reports to be
utilized in your environment
k. Review
the AV environment software pre-requisites and AV standard software
installation specifications
c) DV
a. Capture
and document high level DB Vault requirements for the protection realms and
factors for the one in scope databases
b. Capture
and document DB Vault use cases
c. Generate
a requirements traceability matrix that maps requirements to use cases
d. Design
architecture to ensure above requirements can be supported
e. Review
the current production database access for the one in scope databases to determine
high level user roles and separation of duty
f. Design
DB Vault realms and factors for the one in scope databases
g. Review
the DB Vault environment software pre-requisites and DB Vault standard software
installation specifications
Implementation
a) AV
a. Assist
with installation and configuration of AV 12c in the development (DEV) in
single node and two testing (SIT and UAT) environments and production (PROD)
environments with up to 2 node clusters.
b. Assist
your Data Base Administrators (DBAs) with installing and configuring a single
node 12c AV in DEV and two testing (SIT and UAT) environments.
c. Assist
in implementing Audit Vault collection for audit data and event log feeds for
EBS non-production database and associated application servers and web servers
for the DEV and two testing (SIT and UAT) environments AV implementation.
d. Assist
client Data Base Administrators (DBAs) with installing and configuring a single
node PROD 12c AV
e. Assist
in implementing Audit Vault collection for audit data and event log feeds for
EBS production database for the PROD AV implementation.
f. Provide
standard AV product implementation and administration documentation
g. Provide
up to five person days of custom report design and report branding
h. Assist
with the testing of AV
b) DV
a. Assist
the client Data Base Administrators (DBAs) with installing and configuring a
single node non-production 12c DB Vault
b. Assist
in implementing DB Vault protection realms for the one in scope EBS
non-production databases for the non-production DB Vault implementation
c. Assist
client Data Base Administrators (DBAs) with installing and configuring a single
node production 12c DB Vault
d. Assist
in implementing DB Vault realms for the one in scope EBS production databases
for the production DB Vault implementation
e. Provide
standard DB Vault product implementation and administration documentation
f. Assist
with the testing of DB Vault
