1.Experienced at manipulating and cross referencing data sources in excel or Google sheets
2.Direct work experience in project management capacity
3.Proven experience in strategic planning

2.Planning and organizing with initiation while working with minimal supervision/guidance
3.Stress tolerance in fact pace Mergers & Acquisitions role.

Project Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions team. The job description includes the following core activities and competencies:
•Minimum 2 years work experience as IT PM
•Maximum 5 years work experience as an IT PM
•Assemble and coordinate project resources and manage project resource allocation
•Develop and manage full scale project plans
•Manage set project timelines, track project deliverables using MSI tools
•Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
•Ability to analyze and Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
•Proficient at manipulating and cross referencing data sources in excel or sheets
•Education and experience include:
◦qualification in project management or equivalent, previous M&A experience is a plus but not required

◦proven experience in people management; proficient in project management software; and direct work experience in project management capacity
